I personally believe that teaching is not confined to school hours. Rather in this technological word it is 24*7*. I believe that ICT can be greatly utilized in an effective teaching. Over the past few years, E-Learning has grown rapidly thanks to its extraordinary benefits for both students and instructors. E-Learning gives students easy access to education regardless of where they are. In addition, it also offers the promise of providing optimal learning process that suits every student’s needs. Students can access their E-Learning materials anytime and anywhere using the various types of mobile devices they have. They can also choose materials that suit their needs and preferences. We all know that it is difficult for a teacher to meet each student’s unique needs, especially when there are twenty or thirty of them in a classroom. E-Learning enables teachers to shift from a “one-size-for-all” learning model to a more focused one. E-Learning provides the ability for teachers to track student progress and ensure that they fulfill their performance achievements. A good teacher always uses Technology to support his teaching.
